We are driven by the desire to empower women in Ghana to increase their influence and participation in both local and international activities that will positively affect their lives.

EWN is intentionally different – in the way that it seeks to empower women.

Our Mission

Our mission is to:

  • Create a community for professional women to network, dialogue and collaborate for development and self-actualization.
  • Influence and drive policy changes that seek to increase the representation of women in senior leadership positions in Ghana.
  • Promote women’s rights in support of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 5 – ‘gender equality and empowerment for all women and girls’.
