Anita Adjoa Boateng is a seasoned Finance and Business Leader with over 20 years of experience across financial analysis, business performance management, strategic financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and audit engagements. Her expertise spans credit management and recovery strategies, risk and compliance, business process reviews, and business development strategies.

Anita began her career at Ghana Breweries Ltd and Guinness Ghana Breweries Ltd, where she spent about 13 years honing her financial acumen. She currently serves as the General Manager of CFAO Ghana PLC in Takoradi, where she is a key member of the Executive Committee, driving regional growth and business development.

Passionate about making a difference, Anita is committed to process improvement, people development, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her unique sense of style, reading, cooking, and is deeply rooted in her faith in God Almighty.

Anita is married and a proud mother of two children.
