Executive Director, Springboard Roadshow Foundation

Comfort is the Executive Director of Springboard Road Show Foundation, an NGO based in Ghana. Comfort has an MPhil in Linguistics from University of Ghana, Legon and an MA in Theology from the Akrofi Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission & Culture. She is also an IFC certified trainer.

Comfort is a member of the Executive Women’s Network based in Ghana. She’s also a member of The Boardroom Africa. She’s a fellow of African Leadership Initiative, West Africa (ALIWA), the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN) and the U. S. Department of State’s International Visitor’s Leadership Program (IVLP).

She serves on the boards of Bank of Ghana and Enterprise Insurance Company Ltd. Comfort is a co-author of 26 personal development books.

Comfort is passionate about mentoring women leaders and entrepreneurs. She therefore hosts the Ladies Empowerment and Advocacy Development (LEAD) exclusive mentoring sessions with young women in various cities on the wings of Springboard Road Show conferences. She also hosts the weekly ‘Springboard Hangout’, a practical social-media mentoring programme for young people.
