Executive Women Network Hosts Inspiring “Sister to Sister Candid Chats” Session
The Executive Women Network (EWN) successfully hosted another impactful edition of its Sister to Sister Candid Chats on Wednesday, 30th July 2025, via Zoom. The session brought together approximately 51 participants for an honest, reflective, and empowering conversation on the theme: “Finding Your Anchor Points in Challenging Waters.”
The engaging discussion featured an esteemed panel of accomplished women leaders, including:
• Patience Akyianu – Group CEO, Hollard Ghana
• Adiki O. Ayitevie – Sustainability, Communications & External Relations Expert and MD, iFORA Group
• Maidie Arkutu – Senior Management Consultant and Former Managing Director, Unilever Ghana
The session was expertly moderated by Yvonne Oduro MacCarthy, CX Consultant and Advocate, and Founder of ICSP.
Throughout the conversation, the speakers shared personal experiences, leadership lessons, and practical strategies for navigating uncertainty, overcoming challenges, and staying grounded during difficult seasons in both personal and professional life.
Participants were inspired by the candid reflections and practical insights shared on:
