Lift2Rise, a flagship initiative under the Executive Women Network (EWN), recently hosted a mentor-mentee meet-up session aimed at evaluating the progress of the mentorship programme, strengthening relationships, and addressing challenges experienced by participants along the journey.

The interactive session brought together mentors and mentees in an open and supportive environment to reflect on their experiences, share feedback, and discuss ways to enhance the impact of the programme. Participants engaged in honest conversations around personal growth, professional development, accountability, communication, and the value of mentorship within the EWN community.

The session provided an opportunity for mentees to share how the programme has positively influenced their personal and career journeys, while mentors also reflected on the importance of guiding and supporting the next generation of women leaders and professionals.
