Executive Women Network Meets with the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana and Key Institutional Stakeholders

In September 2025, the Executive Women Network (EWN) held a strategic engagement with the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Professor Nana Aba Appiah Amfo, alongside key institutional stakeholders including CENGENSA, LLA, and the Public Affairs Directorate, as part of efforts to foster collaboration and build a stronger ecosystem for leadership development, gender inclusion, and empowering the next generation.

The meeting provided an important platform for meaningful discussions around partnerships and collaborative opportunities that can drive impact within academia, professional development, and women’s leadership spaces.

Discussions focused on:

– Leadership development opportunities for students and young professionals
– Mentorship and capacity-building initiatives
– Gender advocacy and women empowerment programs
– Strengthening partnerships between academia and industry
– Creating sustainable platforms for youth and emerging leaders
– Building collaborative systems that support innovation, inclusion, and national development

The engagement highlighted the importance of institutions and networks working together to nurture transformational leadership and create opportunities for the next generation to thrive.
